What is worry?

According to the Dictionary
 Worry – a state of anxiety and uncertainty over actual or potential problems.
Synonyms for worry
  • distress
  • misery
  • anguish

Worry has been described as a cycle of inefficient thoughts whirling around a center of fear.

casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.    1 Peter 5:7  NKJV

  1. The first word I thought of on the first study was “fear” and the second thought about when I was asked about the other way I’d think it…was…”trust in the Lord.”

    1. Lois, thank you so much for taking the time to comment. I also think of “fear” because if we really follow worries to their root it seems that we will find fear there. Praise the Lord that He can deliver us from it. I pray we will learn to choose “trust”.

  2. I had the best sleep last night after i commented and couldn’t believe how long I slept..turned the light off and the rv and slept in my hospital bed I have right now…thankful for that bed also…
